Designed to optimise the number of components and accessibility to reduce spare part costs and labour time. The two-platen layout reduces machine footprint while maintaining structural rigidity and mold access.

Mechanical system
Patented Italtech system removes the hydraulic circuit from the moving platen. Locking by jaws and blocks on the fixed platen. Fully linear no rotating components.
Hydraulic system
Inverter-driven motors supply power based on actual machine demand at each cycle phase.
Energy efficiency
Energy consumption follows motor speed. At 50% speed, consumption falls to approx 12.5% of rated power.
Plasticising system
Over 20 configurations, 75 to 630 kW. Optional electric motor for high plasticising speed.
